"The West as I Lived It"

Stories by Ed Lemmon

George Edward Lemmon lived 88 years, from 1857 to 1945. He knew every region of the West and the people who lived there. He was acquainted with millionaire cattlemen and lowly fence riders; with business men and outlaws; with lawmen and gunfighters; with Indian warriors and Indian fighters, he knew them all.

Lemmon spent much of his later life reliving and recording his past. Throughout his narratives, it is apparent that he wanted to leave an honest history of his experiences. It seemed to be his way of living his 'good old days', when he was physically unable to do so.

This book is a compilation of four years of weekly newspaper columns written by him in the 1930's. "The West as I Lived It" are his stories which have been compiled by Phyllis Schmidt.

The large book is 8.5 X 11 inches, with 395 pages, soft cover.
Price is $48.00, which includes tax. S/H charge is $5.00 extra.
